There is no place as dog friendly as Tampa Bay! There are endless things to do with your pup in this sunny beach town!

Where to Stay
Tampa Bay stretches from the sandy beaches of St Pete and Clearwater to the downtown metropolitan cities of St Pete and Tampa. There are plenty of dog-friendly places to stay, just depends on the vibe you are going for. Stay in each area to experience the most or pick one area and drive around to experience it all!
Downtown/South Tampa
Looking for a foodie haven with lots to do all in walking distance? Stay in downtown Tampa or South Tampa. Also the home to The Lightning, Buccaneers, & Tampa Yankees.
Downtown St. Petersburg
For a slower pace, boutiques, beautiful parks, and outdoor bars, stay in Downtown St. Pete. Also the home to the Tampa Bay Rays.
St. Pete Beach
Some of the best beach hotels in the area, amongst one of America's top rated beaches!
Treasure Island
A locals haven! Beautiful beaches in a small beach town. Make sure to spend some time at Caddy's Beach Bar.
Dunedin
Cutest beach town with access to dog beaches, restaurants, shopping, & Blue Jays spring training!

-Honeymoon Island in Dunedin
-Davis Island in South Tampa
Bayshore Boulevard
Longest consecutive sidewalk on the bay. Rent a bike, run, or take a walk along the boulevard. Make sure to keep an eye out for dolphins, manatee, & sting rays! Check out the beautiful houses too. Grab brunch or shop around in Hyde Park Village after!
Tampa Riverwalk
The Riverwalk connects tons of restaurants and bars along the Hillsborough River & Tampa Bay. Great for strolling, eating, and enjoying a cocktail or two :)
