Bringing your dog on your next adventure? Here are all our favorite tips for bringing them on the road with you!

Safety First!
While on the road, it's important that not only you are safe, but that your dog is safe. Distraction-free driving is of utmost importance for everyone to get where they are going safely!
We love our favorite seatbelt for your pup to stay secured in the backseat. Best worn with a harness. Doesn't hurt to make the trip cozy either with a portable dog bed!
Plan ahead
Make sure to set time before your drive for a long walk or trip to the dog park! They'll be happy to chill and relax if that is the case.
Just like you need potty breaks on a road trip, your dog does too! Make sure to plan ahead for stops and breaks!

Snacks & Treats!
What's a road trip without snacks?! Bring some special treats along to keep your dog happy. If it's dinnertime, make sure to have a portal bowl with you.
Entertainment
Keep your dog entertained throughout the drive. Wren likes to sleep most of the time but if she hasn't burned off energy beforehand it's nice to have a little toy to play with along the way. Our favorite trick, make sure you fill your Kong ball with some peanut butter before heading out!
Be prepared
Messes happen! Be prepared with a portable rechargeable handheld vac! Don't forget paper towels, towels, or a few cleaning products just in case. Even better, keep them in the car on hand at all times!
We also bring our bioDOGradable poop bags everywhere we go too! Shop our bioDOGradable shop here.

Anxious?
Wren loves car rides, but some dogs don't! We find CBD can be a great add on to a car ride if your pup gets a little anxious.
